While renting a car game, we aim to secure a fluid and satisfying rental experience for customers. You should understand that your plan may be changed, and sometimes, you may need to return your car and be slower than expected. Our return policy provides detailed information on the procedures and responsibilities associated with the return of rental vehicles.  

1.Standard Return Procedures 

Return Location: All rental vehicles must be returned to the location specified in your rental agreement. 

Return Time: You must return the vehicle by the date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional charges. 

2.Early Return 

Note: Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to return the vehicle earlier than expected. 

Refund. Refunds for early returns will be subject to the conditions outlined in your rental agreement. Early returns may often not qualify for refunds or rate adjustments. 

3. Late Return 

Note: Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are going to be late.

Late Return Fee: Late returns may incur additional fees clearly stated in your rental agreement. These charges may include an hourly or daily rate for each day the vehicle is late. 

4. The Vehicle's Well-Being

Please ensure your rental car is returned in the same condition as when you got it, allowing for natural wear and tear.  

Cleanliness: The car must be returned spotless on the interior and outside.  

Gasoline Level: The gasoline level and the amount specified in your rental agreement should coincide. There can be a refill cost if the fuel level is lower.  

Damage: The car will be inspected for any new damage, which could incur extra costs.  

5. Verification and Complete Fees  

After the car has been returned:  

Inspection: A staff member will check the car for damage, cleanliness, and fuel level.

Final Charges: We will compute and notify you of any additional fees for gasoline, late returns, damage, or cleaning.
