• Content Standards and Guidelines- Through these guidelines, we ensure that all the content on our site remains relevant to its global audience without limiting freedom of speech. They also describe how we manage content and any action against anything inappropriate.

This information is essential as it lays out the legal terms under which Service Providers offer their car rentals through our platform (and which form part of your booking confirmation email and any pre-contractual information provided earlier). 

Section A13 - What to Do If Something Goes Wrong 

Section A 13 of these Terms explains what can be done when something goes wrong with your rental car. It involves making a complaint against us, suing us, or using an online dispute resolution service where one exists.

Our Content Standards and Guidelines outline the procedures for appealing a moderation decision and reporting any content on our site and how we handle these requests.
